You will oversee project delivery, business analysis, and demand management while partnering with senior leaders to modernize and optimize outcomes.

The role offers visibility to executive leadership and opportunities to shape enterprise-wide technology priorities and change initiatives within a growing enterprise

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading project management, portfolio management, business analysis, or PMO-related functions.
• Background managing teams of project managers, business analysts, or similar professionals.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in governance, risk management, and accountability within structured environments.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Shape how technology initiatives are evaluated, planned, and delivered across the organization.
• Lead project delivery standards, governance, and portfolio management practices.
• Mentor a team of business analysts and drive requirements gathering and solution evaluation.
• Facilitate intake, prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide executive-level reporting and portfolio insights for governance reviews.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders and support organizational change.
