South Jersey Industries is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager to lead enterprise IT portfolio governance, demand management, and investment prioritization across technology initiatives.

As a senior individual contributor, you will partner with business and technology leaders to develop budgets, dashboards, and executive reporting, ensuring value realization and disciplined investment across the organization in New Jersey.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus 12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years.
• 7 years of experience in IT portfolio management, program management, project management, PMO leadership, strategic planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing IT portfolios, investment planning processes, governance activities, and portfolio prioritization.
• Experience supporting executive decision-making and technology investment management.
• Experience developing portfolio reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Experience conducting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and investment evaluation.
• PMI certifications such as PMP, PfMP, or PgMP.
• ITIL Foundation or higher.
• Agile certifications such as CSPO or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience using Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Workday.

Aufgaben

• Manage enterprise IT portfolio aligning with priorities, technology strategy, regulatory requirements, and objectives.
• Lead portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and roadmap development across technology initiatives.
• Evaluate proposed initiatives and adjust portfolio based on priorities, risks, and expected value.
• Manage demand intake, initiative evaluation, and portfolio prioritization processes.
• Facilitate portfolio governance forums and develop materials for executive decision-making.
• Partner with business, finance, and technology leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, business cases, investment analyses, and value realization measures.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
• Monitor portfolio performance, financial results, resource utilization, risks, dependencies, and benefits; recommend corrective actions.
• Perform capacity planning and scenario analysis to support resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize technology spending, resource utilization, governance, and portfolio outcomes.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional portfolio issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Build relationships across functions and promote data-driven decision-making.
