Job summary

CHSPSC, LLC seeks an IT Application Services Management Analyst to support the clinical service line by analyzing value, evaluating risk, and managing the Software Maintenance LifeCycle. You will onboard new technology requests to align with organizational strategy and drive patient experience improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, portfolio governance, and collaboration with business and technology leaders to ensure enterprise standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Science, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in application support, systems analysis, or IT configuration.

Responsibilities

• Strategic analysis of the clinical application portfolio including lifecycle management, service delivery and standardization.
• Assist in the definition, implementation and support of portfolio management standards, policies and processes.
• Facilitate data-driven decisions pertaining to IT project investments.
• Collaborate with business partners and technology leaders to promote enterprise standards and application rationalization.
• Document current state and contribute to the LCM roadmap to reduce costs and mitigate risks.
