Job summary

General Dynamics IT seeks a Portfolio and Program Management Analyst (Mid-level) to support CIO responsibilities and guide digital transformation for USCENTCOM’s CITS program, based at the USCENTCOM HQ in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on technical and analytical support across the Command IT enterprise.

The candidate will manage portfolio requirements, produce leadership dashboards, and contribute to official policy and governance documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience; OR High School graduate and 8+ years of experience in a military IT environment.
• Experience in Information Technology Systems, Information Resource Management, or a related field
• ITIL Foundation (v4 or later)
• PMP certification
• ServiceNow experience/certification(s)
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Independent work capability and teamwork with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in IT planning for large-scale enterprises
• Ability to deliver professional client-ready products

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support to facilitate Portfolio and Program Management across the Command.
• Manage portfolio requirements lifecycle; conduct data-centric research and analysis; prepare reports, dashboards, and briefing products for leadership.
• Capture meeting minutes; assist in policy and governance documents; propose methods to improve enterprise productivity.
• Deliver IT Requirements Demand management and process improvement.
• Deliver IT Program Financial Management data, reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
• Develop strategic communication artifacts for Senior Leaders; participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Provide input for routine status, analysis, and recommendation reports.
