Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a highly skilled Core Services Task Lead Manager to oversee enterprise IT services for USCENTCOM on the CITS contract. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8140 or 8570 certification to meet baseline security requirements.
• Experience: 5+ years in related roles; leadership in enterprise IT services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of enterprise IT core services across Server Infrastructure, ESS, MCM, Monitoring, Storage, VMware.
• Lead and mentor IT teams; manage incident, problem, change, configuration per ITIL best practices.
• Coordinate service delivery, transitions, and improvements; ensure SLA adherence and stakeholder relations.
• Maintain security posture and compliance with DoD guidelines and policies.
• Develop and implement service improvement plans; report KPIs to senior management.
• Manage cross-functional teams during high-pressure events and trainings.
