Job summary

Mapjects, a leading centralized logistics operations portal, seeks an IT manager who can oversee a portfolio of 20+ software applications and oversee budgeting activities. You will work across teams and leadership to forecast needs, monitor controls, and improve reporting.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on MS Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint skills, and experience with IT lifecycle planning, operations, and risk management.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Systems or related field.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ applications.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting duties.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Budget management, reporting and forecasting.
• Coordinate data across multiple work streams.
• Present information to management and owners clearly.
• Track and respond to portfolio information requests.
• Manage lifecycle phases: planning, operations, risk.
• Read infrastructure and system context diagrams.
• Interact with stakeholders, tech staff, and controls teams.
