Job summary

Mapjects, a leading centralized logistics operations portal, seeks an IT manager who can oversee a portfolio of 20+ software applications and oversee budgeting activities. You will work across teams and leadership to forecast needs, monitor controls, and improve reporting.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on MS Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint skills, and experience with IT lifecycle planning, operations, and risk management.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Systems or related field.
• Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ applications.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and reporting duties.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT risk and controls.

Responsibilities

IT manager or PM , with budget forecasting (ASAP interview 2 weeks)

Mapjects is a leading centralized logistics operations portal platform. The platform servers franchises with ERP components that suite the franchise business needs. The manager MUST have budgeting abilities

Contract

• Green Card and US citizens only
• Compensation is verycompetitive, and commensurate with experience
• Corp 2 Corp, 1099, or W2

Mapjects is seeking a strong IT manager who can work and communicate with multiple teams and leadership.

• Comfortable with budget management, reporting and forecasting
• Ability to multitask, as the requires managing portfolio of 20+ software applications
• Manage track and respond to requests for portfolio information
• Familiar with applications controls (impact analysis, access management, logging and monitoring, change management, problem and incident management, etc)
• Coordinate in gathering data from multiple work streams
• Ability to organize and present information to management and application owners in a clear and concise fashion. Has hands on skills with ms excel, PowerPoint, share point and BI reporting tools.
• Business analysis skills are needed
• Experience in managing phases of technology lifecycle in support of business needs: planning, operations and risk and control.
• Ability to read infrastructure & system context diagrams
• strong communication skills required. As a portfolio manager, the individual will need to interact with various stakeholders, technical staff and members from standards & controls organization
• Set up process to make the management task easier going forward
