Job summary

Mapjects seeks a capable IT Manager/PM to lead budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio management across 20+ software applications. You will work with multiple teams and leadership to drive reporting, controls, and data-driven decisions.

A BS in Information Systems or related field is required, with strong Excel/PowerPoint/BI skills and excellent communication. Contract role with opportunity for growth; Green Card or US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Systems or related field.
• Experience managing portfolio of 20+ software applications.
• Budgeting abilities and experience with forecasting required.
• US work authorization: Green Card or citizen (per posting).

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with budget management, reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to multitask and manage a portfolio of 20+ software applications.
• Track and respond to requests for portfolio information.
• Familiar with applications controls: impact analysis, access management, logging and monitoring, change management, incident management.
• Coordinate in gathering data from multiple work streams.
• Organize and present information to management and application owners clearly; hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and BI tools.
• Business analysis skills are needed.
• Experience in managing technology lifecycle phases: planning, operations, risk and control.
• Read infrastructure and system context diagrams.
• Strong communication; interact with stakeholders, technical staff, and standards/controls teams.
• Set up processes to ease management tasks going forward.
