Mapjects is seeking a Portfolio Manager or project manager who can cost, budget, manage task to support our customer. Roles include budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and coordinating data from multiple workstreams with strong MS Office/BI tooling skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as Program Manager, Product Manager, and/or Project Manager
• Capable of using MS Office tools to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Excellent communication skills (writing, speaking and listening)

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with budget management, reporting and forecasting
• Ability to multitask, as therequiresmanaging acquisitions
• Manage track and respond to requests for portfolio information
• Familiar with applications controls (impact analysis, access management, logging and monitoring, change management, problem and incident management, etc)
• Coordinate in gathering data from multiple workstreams
• Ability to organize and present information to management and application owners clearly; hands on skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and BI reporting tools
• Business analysis skills are needed
• Experience in managing phases of technology lifecycle in support of business needs: planning, operations and risk and control
• Ability to read infrastructure & system context diagrams
• Strong communication skills required; interact with various stakeholders, technical staff and members from standards & controls organization
• Set up process to make the management task easier going forward
