Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead demand management, planning, reporting, review, and escalation processes.
• Maintain authoritative view of material active and proposed work across the portfolio.
• Provide concise portfolio-health reporting to HKSIT leadership.
• Drive timely review and reprioritization of stalled or misaligned commitments.
• Ensure commitments are defined, sequenced, and aligned with priorities and capacity.
