Qualifications

• Seven+ years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
• Experience managing complex portfolios that include projects, operational commitments, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing and operating portfolio management, planning, governance, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio governance, demand management, planning, reporting, review, and escalation processes.
• Maintain authoritative view of active and proposed work across HKSIT.
• Coordinate across leadership to ensure priorities align with School capacity and strategies.
• Identify stalled or misaligned work and drive timely review or reprioritization.
• Facilitate decisions on start/stop/continue/deferral of initiatives.
• Improve portfolio management, planning, governance, and reporting practices.
