Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in portfolio or program management.
• Experience managing complex portfolios with projects, operational commitments, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing and operating portfolio management, planning, governance, or reporting processes.
• Certifications in portfolio or program management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand-management, planning, reporting, review, and escalation processes.
• Maintain authoritative view of material active and proposed commitments.
• Develop meaningful portfolio metrics to support executive decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and timely reviews.
• Communicate priorities and tradeoffs to leadership.
