Job summary

Johns Hopkins Carey Business School is seeking an IT Operating Unit Director to lead the school’s SaaS portfolio strategy and oversee a hybrid IT delivery model with central IT. You will manage a team of IT professionals and work with senior leadership to align technology with divisional goals.

The role requires extensive IT leadership, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination with university IT partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Eight years of progressively responsible IT management experience including three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and tactical planning to achieve divisional goals by prioritizing initiatives and coordinating deployment and management of current and future technologies.
Develop technology solutions to anticipate divisional needs that are cost-effective, reliable, and compatible with existing and emerging tech.
Anticipate change and be agile to respond to evolving technology requirements.
Assess impact of technology to support divisional goals and culture and manage ongoing operations, budgets, and multi-year forecasts.
