Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking an IT Portfolio Analyst to connect Portfolio Management with analytics. You will deliver executive dashboards, analyze IT investments, risks, and alignment for governance bodies, and help optimize intake, prioritization and tracking workflows.

The role involves Planview/ServiceNow usage, Workday insights, and building dynamic portfolios using Power BI and Excel. Hybrid work with on-site days is available.

Qualifications

• Three years of business/systems analysis experience.
• Experience with IT project and portfolio management principles.

Responsibilities

• Bridge data and portfolio oversight to provide executive visibility into IT investments and risk.
• Create decision-support packages for governance reviews and executive dashboards.
• Monitor portfolio risk exposure and contribute to intake, prioritization, and tracking workflows.
