Seattle Children's is seeking a Project Manager III to provide strategic leadership for high-impact, cross-functional projects. You will oversee planning, execution, coordination, and stakeholder engagement to meet scope, timelines, and funding targets.

The role involves identifying opportunities to scale initiatives, tracking budgets, managing risk, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leaders. You will lead matrixed teams and mentor peers while shaping project impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare or related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification within 6 months of hire.
• Seven years related experience including five years managing multifaceted projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multifaceted, cross-functional projects with enterprise impact.
• Oversee comprehensive project planning, execution, interdepartmental coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify strategic opportunities, manage budgets and risks, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Lead matrixed project teams and mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
• Advise leaders on project direction, investments and continuous improvement initiatives.
