Job summary

Seattle Children's in Downtown Seattle is seeking an IT Portfolio Management Analyst to bridge data and governance, delivering executive visibility into IT investments, risk, and strategic alignment.

You will synthesize project health and financial variance into dashboards using Power BI, Excel, Visio, and other PPM tools, support governance reviews, and help refine intake, prioritization, and tracking workflows for portfolio management excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years business analysis or systems analysis experience.
• Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems.
• Experience with IT Project and Portfolio Management tools (Planview, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Synthesize project health, financial variance, and capacity into executive dashboards.
• Produce decision-support packages for governance reviews.
• Monitor portfolio risk exposure and improve intake, prioritization, and tracking workflows.
• Support IT portfolio management practices and executive communications.
