Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group seeks a Senior Manager, IT PMO & M&A Programs to lead the global IT portfolio with governance, reporting, and execution discipline. This hands-on role steers enterprise technology programs, IT due diligence, and post‑close integration across multiple domains.

The ideal candidate will drive Day 1 readiness, cross-functional collaboration, and measurable outcomes aligned with corporate goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in IT project/program management, portfolio management, PMO, or technology transformation roles.
Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs and multiple concurrent initiatives.
Strong experience with IT portfolio governance, executive reporting, prioritization, risk management, resource planning, and project financials.
Practical M&A experience, including technology due diligence, Day 1 readiness, integration planning, and/or post-close execution.

Responsibilities

Lead IT Portfolio & PMO governance across global IT programs and budgets.
Own IT demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio review with IT leaders and business stakeholders.
Establish standards for project initiation, planning, reporting, risk/issue management, and closure.
Create executive dashboards and reports showing progress, risks, and financial status.
Drive Day 1, 30/60/90 Day and long-term IT integration plans for acquisitions.
Coordinate integration workstreams across cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP/business applications, data, and IT operations.
