Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead IT PMO and M&A programs from Milwaukee. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT project/program management, portfolio management or PMO roles.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional enterprise technology programs and multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT portfolio governance, reporting, and program delivery across infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, data analytics, and digital platforms.
• Serve as IT program manager for mergers and acquisitions and related integration initiatives.
• Develop Day 1 readiness, integration plans, and governance playbooks; manage risks, dependencies, and budgets.
