Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeks a Senior Manager, IT PMO & M&A Programs (Finance) to lead the global IT portfolio governance and program execution. You will own the IT demand intake, prioritization, and governance, delivering structured dashboards and milestone tracking across infrastructure, data, and applications.

The role requires 8+ years in IT program management, strong executive communication, and practical M&A integration experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years in IT project/program management, PMO, or technology transformation.
Demonstrated cross-functional enterprise technology program management.
Experience with portfolio governance, executive reporting, risk management, and project financials.
Practical M&A due diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution.

Responsibilities

Lead integrated IT portfolio governance, reporting, and execution across global programs.
Own IT demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio reviews with IT and business leaders.
Develop and maintain Day 1, Day 30/60/90 integration plans and governance.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (cybersecurity, ERP, data, networks, IT ops).
Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, HR, Legal, and external advisers for tech readiness.
