Applied Resource Group is seeking a transformational IT and business leader to build and head the Enterprise PMO from the ground up. You will establish governance, delivery standards, and executive reporting across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating PMOs, maturing enterprise delivery, and aligning IT investments to strategic objectives at scale, partnering with executives to drive transparency and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Enterprise PMO or IT transformation programs.
• Proven ability to build PMOs from scratch and mature delivery functions.
• Experience aligning IT investments to business strategy at scale.
• Strong executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Establish enterprise PMO governance, delivery standards, and portfolio processes.
• Lead multi-year IT roadmap and executive reporting to the Board.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and vendor oversight.
• Implement KPI-driven portfolio management and financial transparency.
