Qualifications

• Ten+ years in project, portfolio, or program management.
• 10+ years in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Certifications: Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Portfolio: Manage and oversee projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with executives and stakeholders to influence strategy and outcomes.
• Drive Success: Own budgeting and schedule forecasting, analyze performance, and implement effective solutions for timely delivery.
• Lead Governance and Standards: Define and maintain project delivery standards and methodologies to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.
• Champion Process Improvement: Spearhead transformation initiatives and deliver cross-functional improvements.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Support and develop project managers via training, sharing of best practice, and professional development.
