Job summary

ATC seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead portfolio, program, or agile management initiatives within its Strategic Portfolio Management Office. The role focuses on expanding the PPM tool capabilities, piloting implementations, and enabling PMOs across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include training delivery, governance participation, and collaboration with the tool development lifecycle to ensure successful adoption and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT project management experience in an actual PM role.
• Minimum 3 years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience.
• Experience with software testing, training, and user guide development.
• High proficiency in scheduling using Microsoft Project or another enterprise PPM tool.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition and delivery of portfolio, program, or agile management processes.
• Pilot rollout of modules and enable decentralized PMOs across the enterprise.
• Configure/develop portfolio, program, and/or agile management within the enterprise PPM tool.
• Collaborate with the SDLC for requirements, testing, and deployment.
• Create role-specific training, tips, and knowledge-base articles.
