Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking an IT PMO Manager to lead the enterprise project portfolio, optimize processes, and deliver measurable business impact. You’ll partner with leaders to align initiatives with corporate objectives and drive timely delivery.

With 10+ years in project management and strong leadership, you will own budgeting, scheduling, governance, and cross‑functional transformation.

Formación

• 10+ years in project, portfolio, or program management.
• 7–10 years in leadership roles managing scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Agile Scrum and/or PMP (PgMP) certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Expertise in multiple project management methods and tools.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, Agile‑oriented environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Portfolio: Manage and oversee projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with executives and stakeholders to influence strategy and outcomes.
• Drive Success: Own budgeting and schedule forecasting, analyze performance, and implement effective solutions for timely delivery.
• Lead Governance and Standards: Define and maintain project delivery standards and methodologies to ensure high-quality, consistent execution.
• Champion Process Improvement: Spearhead transformation initiatives and deliver cross‑functional improvements.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Support and develop project managers via training, sharing of best practice, and professional development.
