Medpace is seeking a strategic PMO Leader to build and run our IT Project Management Office, delivering custom software for clinical and business operations while ensuring governance and compliance of projects in a CRO environment.

You will partner with IT leadership, stakeholders, and engineering to align portfolios with priorities and drive delivery improvements across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing PMOs or managers.
