Job summary

Torch Technologies seeks an Information Technology (IT) Plans and Resources Manager to lead the design, development, integration, and sustainment of secure IT solutions for AFRL/Det 6 at Eglin AFB, FL. The role emphasizes governance, budget, and program leadership within DoW/Federal environments.

The candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance, outstanding communication skills, and a track record in program management and cross-functional collaboration across government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of military or relevant operational experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, briefing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational management of Service/Agency capability development projects.
• Collaborate with Technical Managers, Stakeholders, and SMEs across directorates.
• Support operational planning, capability development, event integration, analysis and reporting.
• Develop and manage IT budgets; forecast expenditures; allocate resources; identify funding gaps.
• Manage multiple IT initiatives, track milestones, dependencies, and report program performance.
