Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Management Support professional to provide advanced Data Management and Configuration Management support for Air Force programs.

You will ensure data, engineering documentation, and configuration information remain accurate, accessible, and compliant throughout the lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex technical information, with initiative and collaboration to support the Air Force

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required; Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field with 3–10 years of experience, or 6+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in Data Management, Configuration Management, systems engineering, or related lifecycle management functions.
• Knowledge of configuration control processes, engineering documentation, and change management principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and enterprise data/document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy and configuration integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical baselines, engineering data, and configuration information to support program objectives.
• Identify, validate, and track DM/CM requirements, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
• Support OSS&E, deficiency reporting, QA, risk management, and related activities via data management and configuration control.
• Develop and maintain DM/CM plans, procedures, and program documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and support configuration verification activities and reviews.
• Manage Configuration Control Board documentation, records, and actions.
