Come grow with us!Torch Technologies is seeking a highly motivated **Information Technology (IT) Plans and Resources Manager** to serve as the senior task leader and program manager supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory, Detachment 6 (AFRL/Det 6) at the Eglin Research Site (ERS).The successful candidate will lead the design, development, integration, and sustainment of secure, scalable, mission-aligned solutions which improve workforce efficiency, data quality, business-process execution, and operational readiness. This role requires close collaboration with government stakeholders, supporting operational planning, assessment, cybersecurity, and technical team leadership within complex United States Air Force (USAF), Department of War (DoW), or comparable enterprise environments.The successful candidate will also serve as Torch Technologies, Inc. Group Leader and Supervisor for the team of Torch employee-owners supporting the Government customer in these efforts at Eglin AFB, FL.
