Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to join our team onsite at Eglin AFB, FL. You will lead security plans, ensure RMF/JSIG compliance, manage access controls, and coordinate audits while partnering with engineers and stakeholders to embed security in system designs.

The role requires US citizenship and a Master’s or Bachelor’s with extensive experience, with the ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret clearance. Competitive benefits are available.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead security plan development and maintenance aligned with FISMA, NIST, DoW and Air Force directives.
• Oversee cybersecurity lifecycle and ATO packages with RMF/JSIG compliance.
• Manage user access, clearances, and need-to-know verification.
• Oversee security controls, continuous monitoring, and posture.
• Coordinate external audits, incident response, and guidance translation.
• Provide security awareness and training oversight.
• Evaluate threats, ensure regulatory compliance and SCG alignment.
• Collaborate with engineers and IT to integrate security into architectures.
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership.
