Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Facilities, Space and Seating Planner to support the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing across multiple installations, including Eglin AFB. You will audit, allocate, and forecast facilities requirements, maintaining spatial data integrity and coordinating complex tenant transitions.

You will use AutoCAD for drawings, Excel for headcount analyses, and PowerPoint for executive briefings, partnering with Project Managers and Building Planners to meet mission objectives

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to gain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
• Secret clearance is required to start Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field (relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement)
• 3+ years experience with DoW Facilities Management
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Proficient with Excel pivot tables
• Proficient with PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Audit, allocate, and forecast facilities requirements.
• Align the wing's physical footprint with its operational mission while adhering to DoW/AF regulations.
• Maintain the integrity of the wing’s spatial data and conduct facility walk-throughs.
• Use AutoCAD to keep building drawings and seating databases synchronized.
• Generate headcount analyses and space utilization reports for leadership.
• Build and manage workflows and digital dashboards for program status.
• Coordinate tenant transitions, move-ins and move-outs.
• Brief senior military leadership on space and seating requirements.
