Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a highly skilled FSRM Project Manager to support critical Civil Engineering initiatives at Eglin AFB and related ranges. You will lead projects from planning through execution, coordinating with government stakeholders, engineering teams, contractors, and installation leadership to ensure mission readiness and long-term facility viability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant facilities engineering or construction management.
• Twelve years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's +8 years may substitute for a Master’s.
• Experience with U.S. Air Force Civil Engineering or Eglin AFB environments preferred.
• Knowledge of DoW/AF facilities policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to manage design, construction, environmental requirements, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and project management support for FSRM projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate facility design, construction, environmental requirements, schedules, and execution activities.
• Support planning, programming, funding, acquisition, contracting, and oversight aligned with mission requirements.
• Analyze project requirements, schedules, critical paths, constraints, and execution strategies.
• Conduct site visits, facility assessments, and inspections across installation and ranges.
• Collaborate with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve challenges and support decisions.
