Hyundai Capital America seeks a Sr. Manager, IT Strategy & Planning to lead strategic planning for the Digital Division, translating priorities into roadmaps and actionable plans. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, drive performance metrics, and prepare executive communications to support division goals.

You will develop operating models, manage a team, and partner with leaders to align technology investments with business strategy, fostering organizational effectiveness and growth.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, digital transformation, enterprise portfolio management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and partnering with senior leadership in a large, complex organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development, coordination, and execution of strategic planning activities for the Digital Division.
• Translate enterprise and technology priorities into actionable roadmaps, operating plans, performance measures, and executive-level recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to align resources, monitor progress, and improve organizational performance.
• Oversee market research, benchmarking, executive communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
