Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) is seeking a Manager of Information Technology Operations to lead planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of CSI's technology environment from our Windsor, CT corporate office.

You will oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity coordination, enterprise systems, and budgeting to ensure secure and reliable services. Working with leadership and partners, you will align technology investments with organizational goals, ensure regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years’ experience managing technical or software development projects.
• 2+ years leading projects as Project Lead, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• PMI PMP and/or Agile certifications (PSM/CSM/Prince2) encouraged.
• Excellent client-facing and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, be diplomatic, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong understanding of business cases, risk management, and budgeting.
• Independent decision-making and solid planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Office 365.
• Experience with project management software tools.
• Familiarity with project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day IT operations and service delivery.
• Ensure reliable, high-quality technology services across CSI sites.
• Manage vendor relationships, cybersecurity partners, and service agreements.
• Oversee incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Support user training and adoption of new technologies.
