Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) seeks a Vice President of Data, Performance & Technology to join our leadership team in Windsor, CT.

This senior role strengthens organizational effectiveness by integrating data, quality systems, and technology to support data-informed decision-making and contract performance. The role partners with program, finance, and executive leadership to translate data into actionable insights, align systems to operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing data, quality improvement, or technology functions in a complex organization.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational action.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of performance measurement frameworks across programs.
• Ensure clear, consistent tracking of program outcomes, contract metrics, and organizational goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting across the organization.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that support real-time decision-making.
