Qualifications

• BSc/BA in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in an IT management role.
• Proven knowledge of Active Directory & current Windows OS.
• Proven knowledge of Office 365.
• Proven knowledge of mobile device management.
• Proven knowledge of backup solutions.
• Proven knowledge of VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.
• Proven knowledge of Audio/Video conferencing equipment.
• Previous experience with Trimble Construction ERP or similar platforms.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
