Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing mechanical projects across commercial, institutional, high-tech, industrial, healthcare facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM or ME, or extensive progressive construction experience.
• Proficiency with Accubid, Microsoft Project and Bluebeam.
• Knowledge of local permitting and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers, colleagues, supervisors, staff, field workers, vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop budgets, schedules of values, and procurement plans; manage buyouts and POs.
• Oversee subcontractor engagement and change orders; ensure timely payments.
• Negotiate contract scope and monitor project changes to align with client expectations.
• Coordinate startup, meetings, and scheduling; manage project timelines and documentation.
• Prepare RFIs and submittals; ensure CAD integration of drawings.
