EMCOR Construction Services, Inc. (ECS) seeks a Regional Mechanical Operations Director to support OPCOs within the mechanical segment by coordinating, improving operational performance, and increasing execution discipline.

The role partners with the COO and OPCO leaders to strengthen predictability without taking control of local operations. HQ is in McLean, VA, with consideration for other locations; compensation range is $200,000–$250,000 and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related areas of study or field experience; and minimum of 7-10 years Mechanical Construction experience.
• Exposure to multiple project types preferred (commercial, industrial, mission critical).
• Broad understanding of Mechanical Contracting business.
• Proven track record of leading projects while maintaining a commitment to Ethics and Safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience with Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam or other construction software.
• Familiarity with construction/financial software packages.
• Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist SVP Operations in supporting OPCO performance across assigned region.
• Participate in operating reviews and project discussions.
• Help identify execution risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support implementation of operational discipline (project controls, productivity, planning).
• Travel up to 40-60%.
