Job summary

Braun Ambulances seeks a Senior IT Manager to lead and optimize IT and Information Systems at the Van Wert site. You will align local IT priorities with enterprise standards, policies, and initiatives, supporting growth, cybersecurity resilience and profitability.

As a key Site Leadership Team member, you will drive strategic technology initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality IT service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Information/Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years IT support experience at levels I and II.
• Experience with enterprise systems, databases and ERP platforms.
• Strong experience in IT & IS management.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize IT and IS functions at the site level.
• Ensure alignment between local priorities and enterprise technology standards and initiatives.
• Contribute to business growth, efficiency, cybersecurity resilience and profitability through strategic technology leadership.
• Collaborate with Site Leadership Team and vendors to gather information and implement improvements.
