Job summary

BorgWarner’s Seneca site seeks an experienced Site IT Manager to lead IT services, ensure secure and standardized delivery, and align local initiatives with enterprise strategies. You will partner with site leadership, manage cyber security, and drive digital transformation across IT/OT and operations.

You will own the local IT roadmap, oversee performance, and develop the IT team while coordinating with regional/global teams to deliver enterprise capabilities at the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 6+ years of related IT management experience required.
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) preferred.
• Experience in network infrastructure, architecture and protocols, and cloud computing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT business partner and single point of contact for on-site DMS and BES business units; align IT with business priorities.
• Lead local digital roadmap in line with regional and enterprise strategies; communicate priorities and risk.
• Oversee IT/OT cybersecurity, asset inventory, segmentation, remediation, and change controls.
• Manage site IT operations, service performance, escalation, and vendor coordination with adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
• Lead site IT projects and portfolio; coordinate with PMO and enterprise delivery models.
