Job summary

BorgWarner Seneca site is seeking a Site IT Manager to lead all IT services, ensuring stable, secure, and standardized delivery aligned with enterprise IT strategies and local operations.

You will own the site digital roadmap, drive IT/OT governance, cybersecurity, continuity planning, and vendor management while developing the local IT team to enable digital transformation and seamless service to plant leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 6+ years of IT management experience.
• CISM certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of IT governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end IT service performance at the site.
• Act as site escalation point for incidents and risks.
• Lead local IT team development and capability building.
• Coordinate with regional/global IT teams to align with enterprise strategies.
• Ensure IT/OT cybersecurity, continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
