Job summary

Talentify in Foster City, CA is seeking an IT Manager to lead and optimize the IT function, ensuring reliable operations and continuous improvements across systems and applications.

You will drive IT strategy with cross‑functional teams, implement security and data protection measures, manage budgets and vendors, and prepare for ISO and SOC 2 audits. This permanent/direct‑hire role requires 5+ years' IT leadership in SaaS or software, strong cloud, SSO, and Agile project management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven IT management experience in SaaS or software.
• Strong technical background across development, architecture, and tech stacks.
• Experience implementing SSO and leading domain rebranding efforts.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy, drive productivity and growth of the IT team.
• Develop and implement IT processes, policies, security, backups, and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals.
• Own onboarding for new hires and setup of laptops and accounts.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement strategy.
• Improve security, user experience, and efficiency across systems.
• Evaluate and test systems for data security, cloud services, and endpoint management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including ISO and SOC 2 audits.
