Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Leader to oversee service delivery for IT infrastructure functions, including technology, processes and personnel responsible for system management and technology solutions.

You will guide key technologies, manage budgets, coordinate across IT and business groups, and provide strategic direction for infrastructure. The role engages with software and service vendors and requires aligning acquisitions with strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT or other IT control frameworks preferred.
• Experience managing O&M and capital budgets preferred.
• Experience implementing network technology, server technology, and network monitoring and management tools.
• Experience in use and function of office equipment including accessing computers and applicable software preferred.
• Experience preparing internal and external correspondence, status reports, business cases, technical configurations, and system standards and procedures preferred.
• Experience managing a medium to large team, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees preferred.
• Experience developing information, conducting meetings, and making presentations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key technologies utilized to ensure efficient, reliable and secure delivery of IT services.
• Responsible for prioritization, assignment and resolution of issues.
• Communicate activities to IT management on a consistent basis.
• Coordinate activities across IT and business groups as necessary.
• Provide strategic direction for key infrastructure areas.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure and application personnel to align with business needs.
• Maintain relationships with software and service vendors and assist in contracts/maintenance negotiations.
• Consult with application teams on technical architecture strategies for large-scale systems.
