Job summary

ONEOK, a Fortune 500 midstream leader, seeks an IT infrastructure leader to oversee technology, processes, and personnel delivering secure, reliable IT services. You will guide strategic directions, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to meet service levels across the organization.

You will lead a medium to large team, shape architecture strategy, and ensure compliant IT controls while championing safety and sustainability in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience with ITIL or COBIT preferred.
• Experience managing O&M and capital budgets preferred.
• Experience leading medium to large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key technologies for reliable, secure IT services and coordinate issue resolution with management.
• Provide strategic direction for infrastructure areas and align with business needs.
• Maintain relationships with vendors; assist in negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Consult with application teams on technical architecture strategies for large-scale systems.
• Communicate information to project committees, development teams, vendors, and stakeholders about technical support and resolution.
• Provide leadership to managers and contributors; ensure controls support service levels.
• Develop and review policies, budgets, forecasts, RFPs, and business case studies.
