Job summary

ONEOK Services Company LLC in Tahlequah, OK seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee delivery of IT services, technology, processes, and personnel. You will lead strategic infrastructure initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage budgets and vendor relationships to meet service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience with ITIL/COBIT, network/server technologies, and managing medium-to-large teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT or other IT control frameworks preferred.
• Experience managing O&M and capital budgets preferred.
• Experience implementing network technology, server technology, and network monitoring and management tools.
• Experience in use and function of office equipment including accessing computers and applicable software preferred.
• Experience preparing internal and external correspondence, status reports, business cases, technical configurations, and system standards and procedures preferred.
• Experience managing a medium to large team, including recruiting, retaining and developing employees preferred.
• Experience developing information, conducting meetings, and making presentations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key technologies to ensure reliable delivery of IT services.
• Prioritize, assign and resolve issues in area of responsibility.
• Communicate activities to IT management on a consistent basis.
• Coordinate activities across IT and business groups as needed.
• Provide strategic direction for key infrastructure areas.
• Consult with teams to align business needs with strategic plans.
• Develop and review technology policies, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Lead and develop managers and individual contributors on projects.
