Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT or other IT control frameworks preferred.
• Experience managing O&M and capital budgets preferred.
• Experience implementing network technology, server technology, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key technologies to ensure efficient, reliable and secure IT service delivery.
• Provide strategic direction for critical infrastructure areas and align with business needs.
• Maintain relationships with software vendors and assist in multi-million dollar contracts.
• Collaborate with application teams on technical architecture strategies for large-scale systems.
• Communicate status and issues to project committees, teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to managers and contributors to ensure proper controls and service levels.
