Job summary

SkyOne Federal Credit Union seeks a Director of Information Technology to align strategy with innovation and execution, overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital platforms, business applications, data analytics, and IT operations.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Committee, you will develop and implement technology strategies, guide enterprise initiatives, manage vendor relationships and budgets, ensure business continuity, and build a high‑performing team delivering reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience leading enterprise technology functions including digital platforms, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Experience developing and executing technology strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and technology modernization to improve performance and user experience.
• Experience evaluating and implementing emerging technologies: AI, automation, analytics, BI, digital banking, and FinTech partnerships.
• Strong experience supporting core banking platforms and mission-critical apps; Symitar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud, networking, infrastructure, virtualization, storage, UC, and end-user computing.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, disaster recovery, and information security controls.
• Proven ability to lead technology projects end-to-end with hands-on problem solving and operational support.
• Leadership and coaching skills to build high-performing teams and manage vendor relationships.

• Identify opportunities for innovation, automate processes, and align technology with business objectives.
• Oversee performance, security, and reliability of core banking systems, digital platforms, cloud services, and enterprise apps; lead data and BI initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets, oversee cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
• Inspire and develop a high-performing IT team delivering exceptional service and value to members and staff.
