Job summary

SkyOne Federal Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Manager (Sales & Business Development Manager) to drive membership growth, deposits, and expand business banking relationships through strategic outreach and partnership development.

You'll guide and develop a high-performing Business Development team, cultivate partnerships with SEGs, businesses, associations, and community partners, and ensure compliant, member-first execution that supports SkyOne's objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of management experience in retail delivery or business development.
• Proven experience in community and relationship development.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools such as social media and webinars.
