West River Mental Health in Rapid City, SD is seeking an experienced Information Technology Director to lead the agency's technology strategy and security. You will oversee EHR systems, infrastructure, and information governance to support clinical services and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• At least three years of leadership or management experience.

Responsabilités

• Leading IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems administration.
• Overseeing the agency’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform and technology upgrades.
• Ensuring HIPAA compliance and protecting confidential client and organizational data.
• Developing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Managing IT budgets, technology vendors, equipment, and software.
• Supervising IT personnel and/or contracted technical support services.
• Partnering with leadership to implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Establishing IT policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Representing WRMH in relevant Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) initiatives.
