Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years IT experience with leadership roles; manufacturing and distribution experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record managing teams, budgets, and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap.
• Oversee daily IT operations, networks, servers, and cloud environments.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat monitoring and incident response.
• Mentor IT staff and manage vendor relationships and SLAs.
• Build IT budget and drive ROI on technology investments.
• Lead large IT projects such as ERP/CRM implementations and security upgrades.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain IT policies and change management across the organization.
