Reporting to the executive team, you will drive cyber security, governance, and strategic modernization while partnering with business leaders to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization's entire IT function.
• Develop and implement an IT strategy that supports the company's long-term business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, business applications, networking, and end-user support.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of all technology systems.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and IT procurement.
• Lead technology modernization, infrastructure improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain IT governance, policies, and operational best practices.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities where technology can improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations that support future growth.
