Job summary

Marucci Sports LLC seeks a seasoned Chief IT/Technology Leader to define and execute an enterprise technology strategy spanning ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure. You will lead both applications and infrastructure teams, guiding ERP lifecycles, integrations, and security, while driving cloud transformation and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership.
15+ years progressive IT experience with ERP and analytics.

Responsibilities

Define and own enterprise technology strategy across ERP, ecommerce, applications, and infrastructure.
Lead and develop IT teams including applications, ERP, and infrastructure/operations.
Oversee full lifecycle of ERP systems, ecommerce platforms, and applications.
Manage major project lifecycles from initiation to deployment.
Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
Manage integrations including ERP, EDI, and external platforms.
Establish governance, standards, and security practices.
Drive modernization, cloud transformation, and digital initiatives.
Manage vendors, partners, and technology budgets.
Prioritize and deliver a portfolio of IT initiatives.
Serve as primary leader liaison between business and IT.
Ensure security and regulatory alignment with IT controls and audits.
Establish KPIs for service delivery and performance.
Stay current with emerging technologies.
